All sales of Survival Mode Recovery digital products and masterclass tickets are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, nonattendance or failure to use purchased materials, except where required by applicable law.

If Survival Mode Recovery cancels the masterclass or cannot deliver your purchased offering, we will issue a refund.

If the masterclass is rescheduled and you cannot attend the new dates, replay access will be provided; rescheduling alone does not qualify for a refund, except where required by applicable law. We will notify purchasers of schedule changes by email.

Please review the offer description, format and scheduled dates before purchasing. Replay access is included with How to Build: A Monetized Creator.

If you cannot access a purchased resource, receive an incorrect item or believe you were charged incorrectly, contact bookings.survivalmoderecovery@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Do not email payment-card information or account passwords.

This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable rights relating to content or services that are not supplied as agreed.

THE BUILDOUT™ currently accepts expressions of interest only. Joining its priority list is free, is not enrollment and creates no purchase commitment.

Our current ebook and masterclass offerings are delivered digitally. No physical item is shipped.

Ebook: After successful payment, How to Build: A Content Creator is delivered through an automated download process. Use a valid email address at checkout and check your inbox and spam folder for delivery information.

Masterclass live access: Access links are emailed to the address provided at checkout on the day of each live session, before the session begins. Live delivery will use Zoom and/or YouTube as identified in your access instructions.

Replays: Each session’s replay will be available within 24 hours after that session ends. Both replays expire together, 30 days after the final session’s replay becomes available. Replay access details are sent by email.

Included account audit: Your ticket includes a review of one social media account of your choice. Submit the completed audit questionnaire within 48 hours of purchase. PDF feedback will be emailed within 5–7 business days after we receive the completed questionnaire. The questionnaire must include the account link and information needed to conduct the review. Do not provide account passwords.

For this turnaround, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Access support: If you cannot locate a link or access your purchase, email bookings.survivalmoderecovery@gmail.com with your order number. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and having a device and internet connection suitable for accessing digital materials and live sessions.

Scope

The seller is Asanti’ Akbar, operating under the brand name Survival Mode Recovery (“SMR”). These terms apply to use of the Survival Mode Recovery website and the purchase or use of its digital educational resources and masterclass offerings. Offer descriptions identify what is included in each purchase. Please review these terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy before purchasing or submitting information.

Educational purpose and professional advice

Survival Mode Recovery provides education on content creation, monetization, mindset and business development. Website content, ebooks, masterclasses and account feedback are provided for educational and informational purposes. They are not legal, tax, investment, medical or mental-health advice. Consult an appropriately qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances.

Browsing this website, joining a priority list or sending an inquiry does not by itself establish a private consulting engagement with Asanti’ Akbar or Survival Mode Recovery. Any future private service will have its scope and terms provided before purchase.

Earnings, audience growth and results disclaimer

Survival Mode Recovery does not guarantee income, profit, follower growth, brand partnerships, platform monetization eligibility or any other specific business result. Educational materials and examples describe strategies and possibilities, not promises of performance.

Your results depend on factors such as your starting point, skills, decisions, consistency, implementation, available resources, market conditions and platform requirements. Building a business involves uncertainty, and you may not earn income or recover money spent implementing a strategy.

Testimonials, screenshots and case examples describe particular individuals’ experiences. They do not establish what every participant will achieve or what a typical participant should expect. Past performance does not guarantee future outcomes. General SMR community testimonials are not presented as testimonials from clients of THE BUILDOUT™, which has not opened for enrollment.

Use of materials

Unless an offer expressly grants additional rights, your purchase permits personal use of the materials for your own learning and implementation, including within your own business. It does not permit you to resell, redistribute, publicly upload or share the ebook, class recordings, access links or other protected materials, or to present them as your own work. Rights permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.

Orders and access

Provide accurate contact and order information. Delivery follows the Digital Delivery and Access policy. Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law. Do not share passwords or sensitive financial information when requesting assistance or an account audit.

THE BUILDOUT™ priority list

THE BUILDOUT™ is a proposed six-week private Business Development & Monetization Intensive. Enrollment is not currently open. Submitting the interest form expresses interest in future updates; it does not guarantee admission, reserve a place or require payment. Final scope, availability and purchase terms will be provided before enrollment.

Information you provide We collect the information you submit when ordering, contacting us or completing a form. This can include your name, email address, billing and order details, correspondence, business stage, business goals and social media account link. The audit questionnaire is provided through Google Forms. Please do not submit account passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in questionnaires or support messages.

How information is used We use information to process and support purchases, provide digital resources and event access, prepare account-audit feedback, respond to inquiries and send requested updates. We also use relevant records to address disputes, protect the service and meet applicable obligations.

Service providers The store uses Shopify for ecommerce, Gmail for communications, Google Forms for the audit questionnaire, and Zoom and YouTube for livestream or replay delivery. Information needed for those functions is processed through the relevant services. Payment information is processed through the payment services available at checkout. These providers may also process device, usage and technical information under their own privacy terms. Review the relevant provider’s privacy information when using its services.

Cookies and technical information Shopify and embedded or linked services may use cookies and similar technologies to operate their features and process information such as device, browser, IP address and usage activity. Available cookie or privacy controls depend on the service and your location. You can also manage cookies in your browser, although restricting them may affect functionality.

Live sessions and replays Masterclass recordings are made available as replays. Attendee names, voices and faces will not be included in recordings or replays. Chat messages may be included, with participant names and profile images hidden. Other attendees may see information you share during the live session. Avoid putting confidential, sensitive or identifying information in chat messages.

Priority-list updates When you join THE BUILDOUT™ priority list, we use your name, email address, business stage and goal to understand your interest and send the updates you requested. Joining does not enroll you in the intensive. You can ask to stop receiving promotional updates by emailing bookings.survivalmoderecovery@gmail.com or using any unsubscribe option provided. Necessary purchase and service communications may still be sent.

Retention and safeguards Audit questionnaire responses are retained for 12 months after your PDF audit feedback is delivered, then deleted from our active records, except where a longer period is required by law or necessary for an ongoing dispute. Other information is retained for the purposes described here, including service delivery, relevant business records, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. No online transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please contact us if you have concerns about information you submitted.

Your requests Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law. Information processed independently by another service may also require a request to that provider.

Changes We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or practices. The updated date appears with our website policies. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
